How to connect to a MS SQL Database with MS SQL Manager.
First Whitelist your IP address you can get your IP by clicking here: MyIp.ourace.com [new window] this is your External IP not a 192.x address
- Login to Plesk.
- Click Websites & Domains tab at the top.
- Click SQL white list beta? icon (last icon seen).
- Click Add IP, select service and type IP; Click OK.

Click Add my IP then select service.
Now get your self a copy of a MS Database Manager Tool a free great one is "Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 RTM - Management Studio Express" click here Get Software From MS
Install the application and run. you should see something like this:
Server Type = "Database Engine"
Server Name = "Your full domain name goes here"
Login = " When you created the Database you needed to create a user and password for the Database"
Password " When you created the Database you needed to create a user and password for the Database"
Click connect to manage your Database. Also you might see a lot of Databases so you will need to find yours.
