I'm am the Developer of the Switchboard Module.
Currently working on the Fax module as well
The module will download when you do a git fetch.

From Command line
cd /var/www/bluebox/modules
wget http://ourace.com/opensource/bluebox/modules/switchboard-1.0.tar
tar -xvf switchboard-1.0.tar


Done in command line.
Go to the bluebox web site you installed.
Click System main menu then click package manager and scroll down. click install switchboard.
